A frequent visitor to Northern Pond, Valerie Phillips has built two ponds in southwestern Pennsylvania, and is contemplating a starting a third. The one pictured below was started in July of 1998, partially planted in the summer of 99, and will be finished in 2000! Click on each photograph for a larger view and additional descriptive text.
